I think the other reviews are true. Customer service is lacking here no matter if they're busy or not. I walked in stood there for a good two minutes and not word was spoken towards me. I had to raise my arm like a kid in kindergarten just to grab their attention. After placing order, I went outside to make a phone call and my drink was left on counter. Later, I asked if it's ready dude pointed out end of counter. The drink tasted alright, but can be better IMO.

Customer service is something I take very seriously. I say my Thank Yous, May I, and Can I. This place does not know anything about customer service. Very rude and they think you're stealing ALL THE TIME. I'M A 24 YEAR OLD ADULT. I CAN PAY FOR CANDY.
